Helping the Incarcerated & Offering a Path Forward
As a firm believer in justice and compassion, I understand that the criminal justice system can sometimes fail to serve those who are wrongfully persecuted or trapped in difficult circumstances. I am dedicated to providing assistance and guidance for incarcerated individuals, particularly those who have been wrongfully convicted or need help navigating the legal system.
If you or a loved one are incarcerated and feel you have been wrongfully accused, persecuted, or simply need guidance on legal matters, I am here to help. I believe that everyone deserves a fair chance at justice, and I offer discounted consultation services to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent anyone from seeking help.
How I Can Help Incarcerated Individuals:
I offer a variety of services to those who are incarcerated, including but not limited to:
Legal Consultation & Advice: Guidance on how to navigate the criminal justice system, including advice for those who feel they were wrongfully convicted or have experienced a miscarriage of justice.
Wrongful Conviction Review: Help reviewing cases to determine if there are grounds for appeals or post-conviction relief. I will provide you with options for legal recourse and the next steps to take.
Understanding Your Rights: Educating incarcerated individuals on their legal rights, including the right to a fair trial, the right to legal representation, and the right to petition for appeals.
Legal Research: Assistance in conducting legal research to strengthen your case or to identify potential errors in the original trial process.
Reentry Preparation: Helping individuals prepare for life after incarceration with advice on reintegration into society, including securing housing, employment, and support networks.
Emotional Support & Guidance: Providing motivational support and spiritual guidance, particularly for individuals who are struggling with the emotional and mental challenges of being incarcerated.
Discounted Fees for Incarcerated Individuals:
I understand that many incarcerated individuals may not have the resources to pay full consultation fees. Therefore, I am offering a significant discount on my services for incarcerated individuals and their families.
Standard Consultation Fee: $100 for a 30-minute Zoom consultation.
Discounted Rate for Incarcerated Individuals: I offer a 50% discount for incarcerated individuals, bringing the fee down to $50 per session.
To request a discounted consultation, please email me at [PEABCNOXX@OUTLOOK.COM], and we will discuss your needs and set up a session.
Revenue Stream Expectations & Sustainability:
While my primary goal is to provide assistance to those in need, I also rely on the revenue generated from my consultations to sustain this work. I appreciate the trust you place in me when seeking assistance, and I aim to make my services accessible while ensuring that I can continue to offer support.
Revenue Streams: Revenue will be generated through my consultation services, where individuals will pay a small fee for expert advice and guidance.
Voluntary Donations: I also accept voluntary donations from individuals or organizations that wish to support this cause, allowing me to help even more individuals at a reduced cost.
I am committed to ensuring that anyone in need of help can access it, regardless of their financial situation. Your support, whether through booking a consultation or making a donation, helps to make this mission possible.
A Call to Justice:
In times of struggle, it is important to remember that we are not alone. God’s word provides comfort and guidance, reminding us of His justice and care for the oppressed. I want to share a Bible verse that resonates deeply with the mission of supporting those who are wrongfully persecuted:
"For the Lord is righteous, He loves righteousness; His countenance beholds the upright."
— Psalms 11:7 (KJV)
This verse affirms that God stands with the righteous and calls for justice, and it is in this spirit that I offer my services to help those who seek justice, fairness, and the opportunity to clear their names.
